Official Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Prairie Coast Review Giveaway is designed to celebrate our customers, encourage honest feedback, and thank our community for supporting our small business.

Each month, Prairie Coast will randomly select one eligible participant to receive a $50 digital gift card to shop online at www.shopprairiecoast.com.

Customers are encouraged to share their experiences with Prairie Coast products through our website's review system, powered by Judge.me.

No purchase, product review, or payment is necessary to enter or win. Purchasing a product or submitting a review does not improve the chances of winning.

Participation is subject to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to participate, entrants must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
  • Be legal residents of the United States.
  • Submit a valid giveaway entry during the applicable entry period.
  • Not be an owner, employee, contractor, or immediate family member of Prairie Coast.
  • Not have won a Prairie Coast Review Giveaway within the previous 12 months.

Participation is limited to one entry per person per monthly giveaway period.

The giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

3.1 Giveaway Entry

Eligible participants may enter by completing the official giveaway entry form linked on the Prairie Coast website or in our promotional emails.

The form will request the participant's name and email address so we can administer the giveaway and contact the winner.

No purchase or review is required to complete the entry form.

3.2 Sharing a Product Review

If you've previously purchased or used a Prairie Coast product, we'd love to hear what you think!

Customers can voluntarily leave product reviews through:

  • Review forms on www.shopprairiecoast.com.
  • Review requests sent through Judge.me.
  • The Prairie Coast product review page.

All reviews should reflect the customer's genuine experience. Positive, neutral, and negative feedback are equally welcome.

Leaving a review, adding photos or videos, or submitting multiple reviews does not increase the number of giveaway entries.

3.3 Review Authenticity

Reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on genuine experiences with Prairie Coast products.

Prairie Coast does not require positive ratings and will not condition giveaway participation on the content or sentiment of a review.

All reviews submitted through Judge.me are subject to that platform's applicable terms and content guidelines.

4. Giveaway Details

4.1 Monthly Timeline

The Prairie Coast Review Giveaway operates on a monthly basis.

  • First entry period: October 10–31, 2026.
  • Future entry periods: The first through the last calendar day of each month.
  • Entry deadline: 11:59 PM Central Time on the final day of each entry period.
  • Winner selection: Within five business days following the close of each entry period.

Entries received after the applicable deadline will not be included in that month's drawing.

4.2 Winner Selection

One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during each giveaway period.

The drawing will be conducted using a random selection method.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

4.3 Winner Notification

The selected winner will be contacted using the email address provided on their giveaway entry form.

The winner must respond within seven calendar days of notification to claim the prize.

If the selected winner does not respond within the specified period, is ineligible, or cannot be contacted, Prairie Coast may randomly select an alternate winner.

4.4 Prize Details

Each monthly winner will receive:

  • One $50 Prairie Coast Digital Gift Card.
  • Delivered electronically to the winner's email address.
  • Redeemable toward eligible purchases at www.shopprairiecoast.com.

The gift card has no cash redemption value except where required by law.

Gift cards are subject to the applicable Prairie Coast gift card terms and governing law. Any expiration or usage restrictions will be disclosed at the time of issuance, if permitted by law.

The prize is nontransferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

5. Marketing Use of Reviews & Content

Customers who voluntarily submit product reviews, photographs, or videos through Judge.me retain ownership of their original content.

By submitting review content, customers agree to the applicable Judge.me terms and any permissions granted through that platform.

Prairie Coast may feature eligible customer feedback and content for business and promotional purposes where permitted by applicable law and the permissions obtained.

Examples include:

  • Prairie Coast website and product pages.
  • Social media platforms.
  • Email newsletters.
  • Digital advertisements and promotional materials.

Where additional permission is required, Prairie Coast will request authorization before using the content.

Participation in the giveaway does not automatically grant Prairie Coast ownership of any submitted photographs, videos, or written reviews.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Prairie Coast is not responsible for:

  • Technical difficulties that interfere with entry submission.
  • Lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected electronic entries.
  • Incorrect or inaccurate contact information supplied by participants.
  • Email delivery issues that prevent receipt of winner notifications.
  • Interruptions or errors involving third-party services.

Prairie Coast reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify a giveaway if fraud, technical difficulties, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise its integrity, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Disqualification & Fraud

Prairie Coast reserves the right to disqualify participants who:

  • Submit fraudulent or misleading information.

  • Attempt to manipulate the entry or winner-selection process.

  • Use automated systems to submit unauthorized entries.

  • Violate these Terms & Conditions.

All entries must be submitted by real, eligible individuals.

8. Privacy

Information collected through giveaway entry forms will be used to administer the promotion, determine eligibility, select and contact winners, and deliver prizes.

Participation in the giveaway does not automatically subscribe entrants to Prairie Coast marketing emails.

Customers may separately choose to receive promotional communications.

Product reviews submitted through Judge.me are subject to Judge.me's applicable privacy practices and terms.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Prairie Coast Privacy Policy, available on our website.

9. Changes to Terms

Prairie Coast reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions as necessary, subject to applicable laws.

Material changes affecting an active giveaway will not be applied retroactively in a manner that unfairly disadvantages existing participants.

The most current version of these terms will be available at www.shopprairiecoast.com.

10. General Conditions

This giveaway is sponsored solely by Prairie Coast and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Shopify, Judge.me, Instagram, Facebook, or any other third-party platform.

The giveaway is governed by applicable United States federal and Nebraska state laws.

The sponsor is responsible for the administration of the promotion and the selection and notification of winners.
