Give your Prairie Coast candle another pour, from anywhere

Purchase your refill online, choose your fragrance, and we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label to send your empty Prairie Coast candle vessel back to us. Once it arrives, we’ll re-wick and hand-pour it with your selected fragrance.

• Prepaid mail-in shipping label included.
• Return shipping is calculated at checkout.

Please note:

  • Prairie Coast candle vessels only
  • Vessel must be 12 oz or smaller
  • Vessels must be emptied and cleaned before mailing
  • Please remove all remaining wax, wick tabs, and loose residue
  • Cracked, chipped, or damaged vessels cannot be refilled
  • One refill purchase = one vessel
  • Please purchase mail-in refills separately from other online items

Once your vessel arrives at Prairie Coast, please allow approximately 7–10 business days for your refill to be completed and shipped back to you.

Mail it in. We’ll pour it again.
Materials + Care

Candle Care:

  • During the first burn, allow the wax to pool all the way to the edges of the jar.
  • Never leave a lit candle unattended.
  • Always burn your candle on a flat, heat resistant surface.
  • Do not leave a candle burning while you are sleeping.
  • Keep away from children and pets.
  • Keep away from drafts like vents, fans, or windows.
  • Your 8oz candle should last 40+ hours 
  • Please trim your wick between burns. 
  • Always trim your wick to 1/4"
  • Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
  • Recycle your candle jar when there is 1/4" of wax left at the bottom.
  • Never extinguish your candle with water.
  • Never add any debris of any kind to the candles melt pool.

All orders ship for just $8.95 anywhere in the USA and are processed with tracking within 24 hours of purchase. In more rare cases, please allow up to 2-3 business days for your order to ship.

Refunds/Returns:

We offer refunds or replacements only in the event that your order arrives damaged or broken.
