Give your favorite Prairie Coast candle another burn.

Once your candle is finished, purchase your refill online, choose your fragrance, and we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label to send your clean, empty Prairie Coast candle vessel back to us.

Once it arrives, we’ll re-wick it and hand-pour it again in the fragrance of your choice.

How It Works

• Purchase your refill online
• Choose your fragrance
• We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label
• Send your clean, empty Prairie Coast vessel back to us
• We’ll re-wick + hand-pour your candle
• Your finished candle will be shipped back to you

The prepaid label to send your empty vessel to us is included in the refill price. Shipping for your finished candle back to you is calculated at checkout.

Before You Send It Back

• Prairie Coast candle vessels only
• Vessels must be 12 oz or smaller
• Please remove all remaining wax, wick tabs, and loose residue
• Vessels must be clean before mailing
• Cracked, chipped, or damaged vessels cannot be refilled
• One refill purchase = one vessel
• Please purchase refills separately from other online items

Turnaround Time

Once your vessel arrives at Prairie Coast, please allow approximately 7–10 business days for your refill to be completed.

Once it’s finished, your candle will be packed up and shipped back to you.

Materials + Care

Candle Care:

  • During the first burn, allow the wax to pool all the way to the edges of the jar.
  • Never leave a lit candle unattended.
  • Always burn your candle on a flat, heat resistant surface.
  • Do not leave a candle burning while you are sleeping.
  • Keep away from children and pets.
  • Keep away from drafts like vents, fans, or windows.
  • Your 8oz candle should last 40+ hours 
  • Please trim your wick between burns. 
  • Always trim your wick to 1/4"
  • Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
  • Recycle your candle jar when there is 1/4" of wax left at the bottom.
  • Never extinguish your candle with water.
  • Never add any debris of any kind to the candles melt pool.

All orders ship for just $8.95 anywhere in the USA and are processed with tracking within 24 hours of purchase. In more rare cases, please allow up to 2-3 business days for your order to ship.

Refunds/Returns:

We offer refunds or replacements only in the event that your order arrives damaged or broken.
